How are the artworks packaged?
Our artworks are meticulously packaged by MeeLeeShop using a standardised packaging process to ensure safe delivery.

Cardboard Box
Large-size artworks that are stretched or framed are shipped flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We maintain high standards in shipping, ensuring your artwork arrives safely with ample support.

Wooden Crate
Small-size artworks that are stretched or framed are shipped in a wooden crate. These crates are specifically designed for global art transportation, containing packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to secure the artwork during transit.

Tube
Rolled canvas items are shipped in a dent-resistant tube, which is especially safe for oversized works and reduces shipping costs. We recommend that rolled works be taken to a local framer for careful unrolling and stretching upon arrival.

Delivery Time

• Shipping Time: Generally 5-7 days by FedEx/DHL.
• Creating Time: 1-2 weeks to be hand-painted by a professional artist. The artwork you ordered is created by the artist of the original painting.

During the creation process, the artist will provide you with photos and videos of the artwork. You can express your preferences, such as colors and shades. The artist will make necessary adjustments. The artwork will only be shipped once you are completely satisfied.

Who Takes Care of the Delivery?
Depending on the destination and the size of the artwork, we use delivery companies such as FedEx, DHL, or TNT, or specialist art delivery companies.

Countries We Deliver To
We deliver to all countries where our delivery partners operate. If you have specific concerns or live in a remote location, please contact us, and we will find a solution for delivery.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of the destination.

Is the Delivery of the Artwork Insured?
Absolutely! MeeLeeShop organises and insures the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

If I Buy Several Artworks, Will They Be Delivered at the Same Time?
Under normal circumstances, they may be delivered at the same time. However, this depends on the artwork’s creation and shipping schedule.

Can I Get Artworks Delivered to a Different Country or to a Different Person?
We deliver to the address provided in your order. Generally, we coordinate the delivery date with the recipient. If the artwork is a surprise or a gift, please inform us in advance.

International Taxes & Duties
Please note that once your order arrives in the destination country, local customs regulations may apply, and your order may be subject to import taxes and duties. These are not included in the purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility. We will assist with necessary customs documentation if applicable.
