Returns and Refunds Policy
We always strive for excellence to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, for certain special circumstances, we must adhere to the following guidelines:
30 day money back guarantee
We offer a 30-day risk-free refund guarantee for every customer. We will arrange the collection and return of any artwork purchased from us, and you will only need to pay for the return shipping cost.
Please note that return requests must meet the following conditions:
- The artwork must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- The artwork must be in the same condition as when received and be appropriately packaged, preferably in the original packaging.
- The artwork must be carefully prepared and returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund.
- Therefore, please be careful when unpacking the received artwork.
All returned products must be sent back to us with a tracking number, unused, and appropriately packaged.
Cancellation Policy
If your order has been paid for and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at [info@meeleeshop.com]. All orders can be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once the shipping process begins, cancellations are no longer possible, and you will need to wait for the item to arrive before you can return it for a refund.
Refunds and Returns
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We apologize for any inconvenience and request that you contact us immediately in the following situations, where you can apply for a full refund or reshipment:
- If your order has not arrived within our guaranteed delivery timeframe (20 days from the date of the order) and your tracking information has not been updated within 10 days after placing the order.
- If you received the wrong product.
- If the product you received is damaged.
- Quality issues: If the artwork does not match the description on our website, a full refund will be provided.
- Damage during shipping: If the artwork is damaged in transit, you may request a free replacement or a full refund.
As our products are 100% handmade, we do not offer refunds in the following cases:
- You provided an incorrect shipping address.
- You selected the wrong item when ordering (please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order).
- Incorrect contact information was provided.
- The order did not arrive or the wrong product was received due to the above reasons under your control.
Other than the situations listed above, we do not accept returns or refunds without reason. Please carefully check the product information before placing your order.
Once we receive the returned items, it will take up to 3 business days for us to process the refund. For PayPal account holders, up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your PayPal account.
For credit card refunds.between 7-15 business days for the transaction to be completed.
For any returns, exchanges, or refunds, please contact us first before sending the products back to receive a refund. We do not accept returns or refund applications without prior verification with us.
